With Canva, You will be able to utilize quotes, photos, and graphics. You can even upload your own media and photos to use on your vision board.

Bring your beverage of choice and get ready to have fun creating and visualizing the life you desire!

Featured Speaker Bio: Valerie Vigoda is a Life and Leadership Coach and Trainer. She works largely with middle-aged men and women helping them to gain more awareness so they are happier and more effective in their relationships and lives. Her clients learn strategies to live with more clarity, confidence, and intention so they feel happier and more fulfilled in all areas of their lives. Before Covid, Valerie traveled the country speaking to organizations on the topics of Effective Communication, Having Difficult Conversations, and How to Deal with Difficult People. She is also a frequent guest lecturer on leadership topics in MBA and other graduate management programs at a variety of colleges and universities. She is known for her upbeat, engaging, and interactive style of presenting. Valerie has an MBA with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and holds Positive Psychology Coaching Certificates from Positive Acorn in Oregon and Wholebeing Institute in MA. Technical Information:

Canva is a graphic design platform. Used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents, and other visual content. The vision board image you see above was created utilizing the free version of CANVA .

We can help you get set up even if you’re not technically savvy. Don’t let the technical aspect stop you from attending! You will learn a lot just by listening and taking notes. Another option could be to create a Pinterest board or a physical poster board, using magazine cutouts and glue.

Go to https://www.canva.com/ to create your own free account and use the information from the Loom tutorial link above or follow these directions: when asked to join the “Canva Pro Free Trial” hit the upper right X to Bypass

At the top of the Canva page, you will see a box that says “What will you design? Type in, “Marketing poster” this is where we will begin the day of the event.
