In Part 1, November 18th, 4:00- 5:30 pm you will learn:
While you hopefully have customers now, ideally you want/need to be thinking into the future and who else you can work with (market to) and I will show you how to identify those people (markets), you will get a simple formula to that will help you create a marketing message(s) and then get started finding customer now.

In Part 2, December 16th, 4:00- 5:30 pm you will learn:
The customer experience is looking deeper at the customer (you don’t need the first class but it is helpful) and how you want to serve them, what you want to give them, and have them walk away feeling.
Using the marketing message(s) (again, don’t need the first class but it is helpful) to create posts, blogs, ads, etc. – creating a marketing plan
This will look at your business more specifically and figure out where you need to be to market – so all three events circle back to creating a marketing strategy that becomes the plan!
