Part 3. January 20th– Establish an income-producing mindset to support you and your business.

In this last part of this series you will learn:

  1. Practical business-building money tools to increase your net worth
  2. Implement a 4-step process that will lead to profitability
  3. How to feel comfortable talking about money

You will know the importance of tracking your income, looking at expenses regularly as well as reviewing the prices of your products and/or services regularly

The 4- step process will have you seeing a profit in your business immediately as well as understanding how to pay yourself, set aside money for taxes, and know exactly what your operating expenses should be.

Discussing money is the biggest part of your business, understanding that and knowing how to talk about it easily opens many doors to making and keeping more money.

In Part 1, November 18th, 4:00- 5:30 pm you will learn:

  • How to identify who your customers are that you want to work with now and into the future as your business grows
  • A simple formula to create your marketing message that your ideal customers will hear
  • Four ways to get started finding customers right now

While you hopefully have customers now, ideally you want/need to be thinking into the future and who else you can work with (market to) and I will show you how to identify those people (markets), you will get a simple formula to that will help you create a marketing message(s) and then get started finding customer now.

In Part 2, December 16th, 4:00- 5:30 pm you will learn:

    • Create the experience you want your customer to have with your business that has them coming back for more
    • Use your marketing messages to easily and consistently market to your audience through conversations, posts, blogs, ads, and so on
    • Know the best places for you to spend your time and your marketing dollars to market successfully

    The customer experience is looking deeper at the customer (you don’t need the first class but it is helpful) and how you want to serve them, what you want to give them, and have them walk away feeling.

    Using the marketing message(s) (again, don’t need the first class but it is helpful) to create posts, blogs, ads, etc. – creating a marketing plan

    This will look at your business more specifically and figure out where you need to be to market – so all three events circle back to creating a marketing strategy that becomes the plan!
