Stacy West is a people developer, a success coach, a team builder, and a process improver. One of the mottos she lives by is “if you aren’t re-inventing yourself, you are not growing”. Her passion is developing people and helping them acknowledge and then realize their potential. She does this through mentoring, coaching, team building, training, and community projects. Stacy started Athena in a Crowd, a Training and Management Company, as she re-invented herself during the early days of the COVID pandemic.
Stacy started her career in public education in 2000. She made the move to corporate education where she found her niche combining her love for education, development, and process improvement. Stacy has spent her career helping the companies achieve their goals by aligning their training and development vision to their overarching business goals. Stacy’s passion is developing people and believes that at the core of every successful business is people.Stacy is active in the Association for Talent Development (ATD), an organization that supports the development of knowledge and skills in the workplace and sits on the board for the Detroit Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), an organization that offers women support, education, growth, and networking opportunities in their careers in construction.

Stacy is married to her husband of 15 years; they have a 14-year-old daughter and an 11- year- old son. They call Metro Detroit home. In her spare time Stacy loves to travel, boat on Lake St. Clair, cook, and binge watch Netflix shows.
